World AIDS Day Awareness Programme
Kripa Vasai and VRACS conducted an awareness programme on 04th December 2012 to mark the commemoration of World AIDS Day at St. Peter School, Virar for the students of Standard IXth and Xth.
The resource team gave sessions on Sexuality, Life Skill enhancement and HIV AIDS. They were also made aware about addiction and vulnerability of student’s age group to addiction through sharing of experiences by In-house clients and staff of the centre. The concept of addiction as a disease and possible measures to avoid addiction was also discussed.
