International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking
To mark the occasion of International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, Kripa Vasai organized a series of awareness campaigns on 29th and 30th June 2012 at Manickpur and Parvati Cross Vasai.
This initiative included Street plays, talks on Drug abuse and a signature campaign to raise the public awareness. The aim of these programmes was to bring to fore the disastrous repercussions caused by drug abuse which effects, The Self, Family and Society at large, that outlined the life of a drug addict starting right from his childhood where he is influenced by family habits and peer pressure and, later succumbing to his addiction.
