Seminar on ‘Management’
A One Day Seminar on ‘Management’ was organized by Vasai Janhit and Kripa Foundation for representatives of various NGOs/Trust in Vasai, on 16th March 2013 at Kripa Vasai, under the theme, ‘Taking Our Trust / NGOs to Greater Heights.
The key speaker was, Mr. Conrad Saldanha who spoke on Development Issues, Initiatives, Performance Appraisal, Competency Development and the like. The response was overwhelming and the participants gave their feedback and plans were outlined for the betterment of their organizations. It was proposed to continue these seminars on a quarterly basis.
