Kripa Shillong conducted a Sensitization Programme that was sponsored by the Directorate of Social Welfare, Government of Meghalaya on 08thMay 2013.
Around 30 Nurses from Woodland hospital attended the programme. They were explained the Kripa Model of Recovery and Addiction, Withdrawal Management, Different types of Addictive Substances, Counselling. Topics on HIV AIDS were also explained to them. The nurses responded very positively and put forth many queries to the resource team. The Staff and Management of the hospital thanked the Resource team for their time and efforts.
