On 26th June 2013, Kripa Kolkata commemorated Anti Drug Day by setting up a kiosk in collaboration with Narcotics Control Bureau.
The Kiosk was inaugurated by Mayor in Counsellor. Eminent members of the city spoke on the good work of the organization and commended the staff for their activities like awareness, training programmes conducted throughout the city.
Leaflets, T shirts and Caps were continuously distributed. Members of the General Community were made aware of addiction and the timely intervention of treatment programme for the recovery of the addict. Many family members of Ex-clients were gathered on the occasion and expressed their views too.
